Indus Builders as General Contractor, We evaluate every step of construction phases, Bid estimation, work scheduling, ensuring all compliances with environment regulations and City/ County ordinances. We study the contract documents and guide the clients in making necessary changes for maximizing accountability for all construction contractors. we collaborate with sub-contractors, project managers, and construction crew , ensure to maintain qualitative work schedule during construction process. Draft technical documents, resolving any MEP issues with respect to any change orders, and ensure every step of work is carried on accordingly in a timely manner. Our Team
Our team consists of president and construction program manager, the project manager, architectural designers, engineers, partner design firms and we oversee a large force of technicians, contract master plumbers, electricians, framers, HVAC specialists, roofers, interior finish experts, landscapers and other building related service providers, which we bring on board with respect to specify project requirements. We also partnered with geo-tech companies for soil reports and surveys, engineering firms, TAS/ADA compliant experts and other design professionals per the project requirement. Our Team
